Get them stuffed with sweet potatoes, poblano peppers, onions, and toasted pepitas, and covered in melted cheese, Marcona-red chile salsa, and sour cream.
Four New Cocktails
As famed as it is for their massive mains and desserts, the chain is also beloved for their sizeable cocktail selection. Now, four more cocktails have joined the party. Try the new Grapefruit Cosmopolitan, Pineapple Mezcal, Strawberry Infused Margarita, and Key Lime Martini when dining in at the Factory next.
Menus Cuts Are Ruled Out
The Cheesecake Factory considers its large, diverse menu to be one of its greatest strengths and differentiators among the competition. So while many full-service and fast-food chains decided to simplify their offerings during the pandemic, the Cheesecake Factory has done the opposite. Speaking to analysts on an earnings call, president David Gordon said the chain has no plans to trim down its menu any time soon.
